We would like to inform the graduates of the engineering study of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Košice that the training for the graduation ceremony will take place
on 16.06.2021 (Wednesday)
in the Maxima Hall TU in Košice in time intervals:
9.00 h - graduates graduating 23.06.2021 at 9.00 h
10.30 h - graduates graduating 23.06.2021 at 10.30 h
12.00 h - graduates graduating 23.06.2021 at 12.00 h
During the training, students will sign the graduate book and I will be given:
graduation tickets
A photo service employee will be present during the training in order to order photos and video from the graduation.
Graduates are kindly requested to attend the training on the day and at the specified time.

Instructions on the process of awarding diplomas:
- Please arrive at Aula Maxima 30 minutes before the start of the diploma ceremony.
- Graduates and accompanying persons are obliged to have a veil when entering the Hall Maxima, resp. respirator.
- Graduates and accompanying persons are obliged to write a form (name, surname, telephone contact) at the time of entry for the purposes of the epidemiological investigation.
- Graduates are required to sign the graduate book when entering the Maxima Hall.
- Accompanying persons will be seated according to the ticket number.
- During the ceremony, the promoter will invite the graduate to come for the diploma. The graduate stands up, steps on the podium, touches the scepter holding the pedal with his right hand, clearly says "I promise", then takes the diploma from the promoter's hands, thanks and performs a mild act with his head. He then bows to the graduate college and auditorium and leaves the place with his diploma.
- The photo wall with the logo of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering will be located on the first mezzanine floor in block B (Dean's Office of the FME).
Notice of the dissertation defense

According to § 54 of Act no. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and § 7 of the Principles of Organization, Evaluation and Completion of Doctoral Studies and Principles of Establishment of Doctoral Study Department Commissions at the Technical University in Košice, will be held on 15 June 2021 at 9.00 am. at the Institute of Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics and Production Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Technical University in Košice, Park Komenského 8, Košice, dissertation defense Ing. Petr Ferenčík on the topic "Design of a methodology for measuring the parameters of a new series of mechatronic throttle system with SENT protocol", study program: industrial mechatronics, field of study: mechanical engineering.
The defense will take place according to § 108e par. 5 of Act no. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on the Amendment of Certain Acts by Means of Information and Communication Technology.
The defense of the dissertation will be provided in the given period, in accordance with the valid professional recommendation of the Public Health Office of the Slovak Republic, related to the development of the epidemiological situation and the COVID-19 disease in Slovakia.
