Title: The equipment for the measured filling of test cartridges with loose materials can be included in the area of supporting reuse and recycling
Abstract: The device for the measured filling of test cartridges with bulk materials can be included in the area of supporting the reuse and recycling of used products and their parts. The technical solution consists of a frame (1), on which a holder (12) of an electric piston with an electric linear piston (2), terminated by a pressure ring (13), is attached. A centering ring (11) for the cassette (9) is placed on the base of the scale (4) in the lower part of the frame (1). Control of the scale (4) is by means of the control element (3) of the scale, piston operation by push button switch (7) up and push button switch (8) down. The frame (1) is covered with covers. The control unit (5) is connected to the power supply (6). The technical solution enables the filling of test cassettes with loose materials intended for measuring acoustic descriptors (attenuation index (R), sound absorption (α)). The device can be advantageously used to measure the mechanical properties of materials.
