On October 2, 2023, a successful defense of the written part of the dissertation examination of our full-time doctoral student Ing. Ján Kopec. I congratulate Janko and wish him many successful ideas in his further work at our department as well as in writing his dissertation.

On October 11, 2023, a presentation by experts from practice will take place on the grounds of our department, among which will be our external doctoral student Ing. Michal Dic, working at Siemens. The lecture on the topic: NEW GENERATION of product development for today's engineers in the Solid Edge platform will take place from 11:30 a.m. in room PK9-206 and is intended for students in our department.

on April 16, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. our department will host a lecture by practical expert Juraj Živický on the topic: A new perspective on investments.

The lecture will take place in room 206 in the PK9 building and is intended for our students.

As part of lectures by experts from practice, which we regularly organize for students at our department, we recently invited our former student and successful graduate of our department, Ing. Nikoleta Kocichová, who in 2014 received the Prize of the Minister of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic for the most interesting business idea. She prepared a lecture for our students on the topic: Adaptability of the company on the market
