Award for Science and Technology 2025

On November 13, 2025, the ceremonial awarding of the Science and Technology Award 2025 took place in the Winter Riding Hall of Bratislava Castle. One of the laureates was our colleague from the Department of Automotive Production, Assoc. Prof. Michal FABIAN, PhD. He received the award in the category Science Popularizer. The award was granted to him for his “exceptional lifelong contribution to the popularization of technical and engineering sciences, especially in the field of computer-aided design and development in mechanical engineering”.

We warmly congratulate our colleague and all the awardees.

Congratulations to the new professor

The Department of Automotive Production, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, TUKE, is pleased to announce that on November 6, 2025, the President of the Slovak Republic appointed our colleague, prof. Ján Kráľ, PhD., as a full professor.

We sincerely congratulate him on this significant milestone in his academic career. His professional work, dedication to teaching, and long-term contribution to the development of the faculty and the university are a source of inspiration and pride for all of us.

The TUKE Faculty of Mechanical Engineering invites you to the 2025 Matriculation Ball for Mechanical Engineers, which will take place this year in a unique atmosphere inspired by the world of James Bond.
