The Department of Engineering for Design of Machines and Transport Equipment was established in 2002 during reorganization on the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering by joining of the “Department of Machine Parts and Mechanisms” with the “Department of Transport Machinery and Logistics”.

This Department follows the scientific and educational activities of both previous departments.
The Department of Engineering for Design of Machines and Transport Equipment guarantees and has accredited the following study programs:

•    Master study:  the 2^nd level
      Transport Machines and Logistics

•    PhD. study:  the 3^rd level
