This year, we have decided to open our studio to two talented students. We want to provide them with intensive mentoring and a career accelerator in an international environment. For the one-year program, we will select only one candidate for each of these key positions:
  1. Project Manager – for a student with exceptional organizational skills who we will teach to manage international projects and budgets.
  2. Talent Recruiter – for a student with strong communication skills who will gain unique know-how in building teams.
We are not looking for ordinary employees. We are looking for partners in whom we will invest our time and experience for a full year. The selected students will become full members of a team that creates for brands like The Washington Post and exhibits at MoMA in New York.
Why is this program a unique opportunity for your students?
  • Exclusivity and Mentoring: Since we accept only one student per position, we guarantee them maximum attention and direct mentoring from the studio leadership.
  • One-Year Stipend: The selected intern gets a place in the program for 12 months, which is rewarded with a regular monthly stipend.
  • Respect for Studies (Remote-First): The program is designed for top students. Therefore, it is fully flexible and done online, so it can be combined with demanding studies or exams.

Dear graduating students,

as every year, as well as in this academic year, a departmental round of student scientific and professional activities will take place, which is mandatory for all students in their final years, both for the 3rd Bc and the 2nd Ing. The results of your final theses will be presented to the expert committee, from which several representatives will be selected based on the quality of the presented works and will advance to the faculty round.

Each student is required to insert the most important parts of their final thesis into the attached template in the form of a text document and also into the attached template for preparing the presentation.
The length of your presentation should be within the range of 5 to 7 minutes, and when presenting, focus primarily on the practical points and benefits of your final thesis.
Please insert your text documents as well as presentations into MS teams, where a group will be prepared for this purpose in which you will all be assigned.

Also during this semester, the students of our department actively participate in the excursion prepared for them by the staff of our workplace. On 30.10.2024 students II. Ing. they graduated accompanied by Ing. Petr Malega, PhD. extrusion in the company U. S. Steel Košice. Another excursion for students III. Bc., I. Ing. and II. Ing. years were organized by doc. Ing. Miriam Pekarčíkova, PhD., doc. Ing. Juraj Kováč, PhD. and Ing. Peter Malega, PhD. to Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia. We also prepare other interesting excursions for student.
