Accommodation booking conditions

- When making the reservation, it is necessary to state the password: „Konferencia – spoločenský večer“ ; only then can the hotel accept the special discounted rates.
- The guest will receive a reservation confirmation by e-mail containing all agreed details.
- Arrival is normally expected by 18:00. If you prefer to arrive later, this must be stated during the reservation process or communicated to the hotel in advance.
- Payment is possible in cash or by payment card at the hotel reception upon arrival.
- A parking space must be reserved in advance together with the room.
Cancellation conditions
- Less than 48 hours before the confirmed arrival date: 100% of the total reservation price.
- The room is held until 18:00 on the day of arrival; after this time it is released for sale and the reservation is considered a no-show.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge any cancellation fee by invoice via bank transfer.
